As a certified mountain guide and professional coach, I combine physical movement with reflective conversation to help people gain clarity, confidence, and direction. Walking or climbing in the mountains creates space — space to think differently, breathe more deeply, and reconnect to what matters. Mountain coaching is an immersive way to shift perspective and unlock new possibilities.
